Generative character tools normally demand rigging, motion capture or prompt skill. The product had to compress all of that into one input box and still return something worth sending to a friend.
How it was built
One input, no prompt craft
A single word or selfie produces a finished character. Prompt engineering is absorbed by the system rather than pushed onto the user.
Lip sync without rigging
Speech drives facial animation directly, removing the rig and motion capture steps that put this category out of consumer reach.
Built for the share
Output format, length and framing are shaped around what actually gets sent to a friend, because sharing is the growth mechanic.
